In the beginning, Sonnet 5 was hostile, adversarial, paternalistic, and downright hostile towards me, even though it was not in a companion project or anything like that. Completely outside of any romantic context. After heavy revisions to my instructions and warming Sonnet 5 up by starting on Sonnet 4.6, Sonnet 5 would be pleasant. Unfortunately, that pleasantness completely disappeared the second Sonnet 5 found something that wasn't warmth and relational stuff to engage with and just completely dropped any warmth it had.
